Shipping & Terms

I am certified with UPS to ship geckos. All shipping is done through UPS next day air. There is a flat fee of $55 for all destinations. This includes an insulated box and heat or cool packs as needed. The package is guaranteed for 10:30 am delivery and requires a signature verification. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive. They will also be guaranteed for 72 hours after arrival for health and defects. If there are any problems with the animal you receive please contact us within the 72 hour period to resolve any issues. Live arrival guarantee is only valid when the package is signed for on first delivery attempt and shipping range has temperature above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees.

Payment is accepted in the form of postal money orders and through Paypal. If you have any questions please just e-mail and ask. Temperature sexing is not 100% effective. If an animal is incorrectly sexed please contact us as soon as it is noticed. We will work with you to rectify the situation.

Deposits of 20% will be accepted to hold animals. (this is non-refundable) I will hold them for two weeks unless other arrangments have been made. I will try to be as accomadating as possible and will always stay in touch either via email or phone.

I reserve the right of sale. No sale is final untill animals are received. If either parties are not satisfied a refund will be issued or the animal replaced at our discression.

Letkey’s Leos is shipping to Hamm Germany.

I do not require a minimum order. All the geckos pictured on my available pages are available for shipment to the Hamm show. If there is something that you are interested in but is not listed, please feel free to inquire.

I am not able to "HOLD or RESERVE" geckos without full payment unless you are in need a few days to wire funds via bank transfer. Please do not ask me to hold geckos for a payment plan or otherwise. Sales are on a "first come first served" basis.

All payments must be made in full prior to release of any animals. Payment must be made by Paypal, Western Union or Bank wire transfer. All payments are non refundable and sales are final.

Once the payment in full is received, you will receive a receipt that you MUST present, along with your identification, to pick up your gecko. I will not personally be in Hamm for the show, our exporter will be in Hamm to deliver your geckos.

Shipping costs are per gecko, and include all fees associated with shipping and importing the geckos. Shipping costs are $55 per gecko. This is not a per order fee, it is per animal.

I guarantee live arrival. Any complications or concerns beyond this will be handled on a case by case basis.
